Terms
ImageBench is free to use. These are the terms for using it.
Your files
Your files stay yours. They are processed on your device and I never receive them. Keep a copy of your originals, because the tools write new files and do not change the ones you open.
Use of the tools
Use ImageBench only on images you have the right to use. Please do not use scripts or bots to overload the site.
As is
I provide ImageBench as it is, with no promise that it is always available or error free. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses from using it. I may change or remove parts of the site at any time.
Your data
How I handle your data is on the privacy page.
